Installation Height and Placement
Bath towel racks are typically installed at a height of approximately 1.8 meters from the floor. Specifically, towel rings are positioned between 900 and 1400 mm from the floor, while towel bars are placed at a height of 1100 to 1200 mm. Single or double-bar towel racks can be mounted on an open wall space in the central area of the bathroom, approximately 1.5 meters above the floor. When installed above a bathtub-typically opposite the faucet-the rack should be positioned at a height of 1600 mm from the floor. The installation location should be chosen to avoid the direct splash zone of the faucet or showerhead; if installing above a toilet, ensure that sufficient clearance is maintained. The most comfortable installation height is the position where a user can easily rest their forearm while standing naturally; this height can be fine-tuned based on the stature of the primary household members. If children or elderly individuals reside in the home, the installation height may be lowered appropriately.

Installation Steps and Key Considerations
The standard drilling installation process involves cleaning the wall surface, determining and marking the installation position, drilling holes, inserting expansion anchors, securing the screws, mounting the rack assembly, and verifying its stability. It is recommended to use plastic expansion anchors and brass screws to minimize the risk of damaging the wall tiles. Drill-free installation methods utilize silicone sealant or the adhesive provided with the product for attachment; allow 24 hours for the adhesive to cure completely. It is not recommended to hang excessively heavy items using this method. A critical aspect of installation is ensuring the rack is mounted on a solid, load-bearing section of the wall. Use appropriate fasteners-such as stainless steel screws (which resist moisture and oxidation) or strong adhesives-and always use a spirit level during installation to ensure the rack is perfectly horizontal and vertical.

Load-Bearing Capacity and Safe Usage
A product's load-bearing capacity can be determined by consulting the user manual or the maximum weight limit indicated on the packaging. This capacity is directly influenced by the materials used (e.g., stainless steel or aluminum alloy, which offer greater strength), the design (e.g., multi-bar configurations or multiple support points), and the security of the installation itself. After installation, periodically inspect the mounting screws to ensure they have not loosened. For electric heated towel racks, verify the safety of the power connection, ensure the waterproof design remains intact, and regularly check the heating functionality. Note that a heavier towel rack is not necessarily superior; be wary of inferior products that have been artificially weighted down by filling the internal tubing with foreign objects.
